Hutchings High School & junior College is a unit of Bombay Regional Conference of the Methodist Church of India. It is managed by the governing body of Educational Institution of the Bombay Regional Conference.

Chairman

Bishop Dr. Elia Pradeep Samuel. The resident and presiding officer of the Bombay Episcopal Area is the Chairman of the institution. Bishop Dr. Elia Pradeep Samuel, is the first person to get elected to the office of Bishop of MCI at the age of 48. He has done his Bachelor's Degree in Divinity from UTC Bangalore, Masters from Princeton and Doctorate from U.S.A. He is a member of Leonard Theological College Board, Jabalpur, Theological Commission - MCI, Taftee, Bangalore and National Council of Churches in India. He is also a member of various international societies, committees and organizations like International Bible Society, Peace Justice and International Issues and Development (CCA), Christian Conference in Asia, World Council of Churches and World Methodist Council. He is an elected executive committee member of the World Methodist Council and Member of the "All India Institutions of MCI of 12 Regional Conferences, Technical Educational and Medical Institutions."

Rev. Cornelius C An ordained Minister from Bombay Regional Conference of the Methodist church of India. presently he is the district Superintendent of Pune District.
